[Football] Robinson Named Academic All-District

Joaquim Robinson (SR/Kearney, Neb.), a defensive lineman for the Doane Football team, has been named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District team for 2021. Robinson is the first defensive player for Doane to receive the honor since 2017.This past season, Robinson collected a career-high 39 tackles, including 10.5 tackles for loss. He had four sacks, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery, and an interception. He wrapped up his career with 119 tackles and 29.5 tackles for loss.Since 2009, Doane has had 13 individuals earn 20 Academic All-District honors in football.
