[Football] Road Cougars wreck St. Ambrose, 40-13

Davenport, Iowa – #14 Saint Xavier football (7-2, 5-1 MSFA) took their three-game winning streak to Iowa. An afternoon showdown with St. Ambrose (3-7, 2-4 MSFA) ended in a 40-13 win for the Cougars. After leading just 6-3 heading to the second quarter, sophomore quarterback Stuart Ross (Springfield, Ill./Springfield Southeast) turned it up a notch.
