[Football] No. 23 Saint Xavier Football Moves Back into NAIA Top 25 Coaches Poll

CHICAGO – The Saint Xavier University football team (2-2, 0-0 MSFA Midwest) moved up to No. 23 in the latest NAIA Top 25 Coaches Poll (Poll Three) when the poll was released by the NAIA Monday afternoon. SXU defeated No. 16 University of Saint Francis (Ind.), 25-20, last Saturday to vault back into the Top 25. The Cougars started the season ranked No. 11 in the preseason coaches' poll but were dropped after losing their first two games. They continued to receive votes after a 24-21 win over Siena Heights University (Mich.) on September 17.
