[Football] No. 18 SXU loses to St. Ambrose in a MSFA contest, 17-10

CHICAGO – No. 18 Saint Xavier University football (4-2, 4-2 MSFA) lost to St. Ambrose University (Iowa), 17-10, in Mid-States Football Association (MSFA) Midwest League action Saturday afternoon at Bruce R. Deaton Memorial Field in Chicago. Both teams were tough defensively as neither offense had more than 300 yards of total offense. The Fighting Bees had 260 yards on 74 plays, while the Cougars had 117 yards, also on 74 plays.
