[Football] McShane & Meyer earned MSFA Midwest League Honors

CHICAGO – Junior running back Vance McShane (Freeport, Ill./Western Illinois/Freeport) was named the Mid-States Football Association (MSFA) Midwest League Offensive Player of the Week and junior defensive back Steven Meyer (New Lenox, Ill./Providence Catholic) was named MSFA Midwest League Defensive Player of the Week for No. 14 Saint Xavier University football (3-1, 1-0 MSFA) when the awards were announced Monday afternoon.
