Football Drops Overtime Decision to St. Thomas at Torero Stadium

San Diego football (7-3, 6-1 PFL) scored a game-tying touchdown with 12:55 remaining in the fourth quarter on Saturday afternoon but could not hang on to secure a Senior Day win over St. Thomas, falling to the Tommies (3-7, 3-4 PFL) by a 20-14 margin in overtime at Torero Stadium. St. Thomas struck first with a five-yard touchdown pass in the final seconds of the first quarter to establish an early 7-0 lead.
