West Virginia State's Joel Felder earns MEC Offensive Player of the Week Award

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – West Virginia State University running back Joel Felder (Ft. Lauderdale, Fla./Stranahan) earned the Mountain East Conference Offensive Player of the Week Award, presented by The Health Plan, for his outstanding performance at Morehead State last Thursday.
