Joel Felder earns Second Team All-Region Honors from the D2CCA

FINDLAY, Ohio – West Virginia State football's Joel Felder earned Second Team All-Region honors from the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CAA) after a remarkable 2023 season at running back. He was 1-of-5 running backs named on the 2023 D2CCA All-Super Region 1 Football Teams.
