MARSHALL, Texas – Coming back to the collegiate ranks after a stint as a professional coach, the East Texas Baptist University has announced the hiring of Josh Moore as the Assistant Head Football Coach for Offense and quarterbacks coach under Head Coach Brian Mayper. Moore has coached in the NFL, CFL, XFL, NCAA Division I, NJCAA, and the high school ranks.
