MARSHALL, Texas – East Texas Baptist University has announced the addition of Ryan M. Smith as the new offensive coordinator for the Tiger Football Team under head coach Calvin Ruzicka. Smith brings high school coaching ties from the south along with collegiate head coaching experience to ETBU.
