SCSU Football Wins Five OT Thriller At Pace, 25-23

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. – Southern Connecticut football won a five-overtime thriller at Pace, 25-23, to improve to 2-6 overall and 2-4 in the NE10 while the Setters dropped to 2-6 overall and 1-4 in conference play.

E'lijah Gray led the Owls' offense with 182 total yards and and two touchdowns while Tylon Papallo had 94 yards receiving a touchdown and the game-winning conversion in triple overtime. Grey finished with 27 carries for 121 yards and touchdown runs of one yard and two yards, and nine catches for 61 yards. Keith Ridley threw for a season-best 326 yards after completing 34-of-56 passes with a touchdown while Luke Gadson had seven catches for a team-high 94 ya
