Football: Macalester’s John Newton and Rex Desso Named All-Region by D3football.com

Macalester College senior defensive lineman John Newton (Highland Village, Texas/Coram Deo Academy) and senior receiver Rex Desso (Evergreen, Colo./Lakewood) were selected to the D3football.com 2021 All-Region 6 team, the website announced today. Newton, Desso and the other All-Region team members are now candidates for D3football.com All-American honors.
