WICHITA, KAN. – It was tense, it was tight, and it was tough, but the Avila football team (1-1, 1-1 KCAC) exited Adair-Austin Stadium in Wichita on Saturday night with a hard-fought, well-earned 37-35 victory over the Friends Falcons (1-2, 1-2 KCAC), the Eagles' first win of 2020 and third win in as many attempts against Friends.
