Woman secretly taped call with Northampton County jail warden to share with inmate boyfriend charged with attempted homicide, authorities say

Karen Lu, 35, of Allentown, is charged with secretly taping her phone call with the Northampton County jail warden and then sharing parts of the taped call with inmate boyfriend Justin Hale, who's charged in a March 2020 attempted homicide in Bethlehem.
