Washburn topped by Griffons

TOPEKA, Kan. – The Washburn Ichabod football scored on its opening drive and was tied midway through the first quarter at 14-all, but they could not hold on as the Griffons scored 47-straight points in a 61-21 loss in Yager Stadium on Oct. 7. Washburn returns to action next week taking on Emporia State in Emporia.
