Vicente Garcia and Scott Tinsley named D3football.com All-West Region

The D3football.com All-West Region teams were announced Wednesday with thirteen Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) student-athletes being recognized, which included University of Redlands junior punter Vicente Garcia (Fontana, CA) and senior defensive back Scott Tinsley (Capitola, CA).
