Venables Adds Bates to Coaching Staff

Oklahoma head football coach Brent Venables announced Tuesday the addition of former Clemson assistant coach and recruiting coordinator Todd Bates as the Sooners' new associate head coach and co-defensive coordinator/run defense. Bates will coach OU's defensive tackles.
