Utah State Football Announces 2024 Signing Class

LOGAN, Utah (Wednesday, Feb. 7) – Utah State head football coach Blake Anderson announced his fourth signing class on Wednesday, as part of the NCAA National Signing Day. The class, which includes 30 total players, is comprised of six high school athletes, 10 junior college transfers and 14 four-year transfers. Of the 30 players, 19 signed with Utah State in December and 21 are currently enrolled at Utah State for the 2024 spring semester. Overall, 19 of Utah State's signees are rated as at least a three-star recruit, which includes three players being rated as a four-star recruit. The state of California produced the most signees with seven, followed by six players from Utah, for players from Texas, three players from Arizona, two players from Louisiana, and one player each from Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Mississippi, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Eighteen of Anderson's signees are defensive players with eight defensive linemen, six defensive backs and four linebackers. Of the 12 offensive players that signed, five are linemen, two are quarterbacks, two are running backs, two are wide receivers and one is a tight end. The national letter-of-intent signing period for football began on Wednesday, Feb. 7, and runs through Monday, April 1.
