UNI football: Matthew Cook, Spencer Cuvelier named to Stats Perform FCS Preseason AA teams

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – UNI placekicker Matthew Cook has been named to his second preseason all-American team and is joined by teammate Spencer Cuvelier on the Stats Perform Preseason All-American Team.
