Two Privateers Earn ECFC Weekly Honors

Two members of the Maritime College football team have been recognized by the Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (ECFC) for their performances in the Privateers' 31-27 win at Dean on Saturday.  Freshman wide receiver Ian Derda (Guilford, CT) was named ECFC Rookie of the Week, while senior kicker/punter Joseph Gagliardi (Ronkonkoma, NY) was chosen as the ECFC Special Teams Player of the Week.
