Turnovers Key As Football Holds Off Wheeling

PEMBROKE – The UNC Pembroke football team scored 21 points off of a trio of first-half turnovers to take a big lead into the locker room, and then forced a pair of fourth quarter turnovers to preserve a 34-28 victory over visiting Wheeling on Saturday afternoon at Grace P. Johnson Stadium.
