Tua Tagovailoa makes preseason debut but Dolphins fall to Raiders in second exhibition

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — Tua Tagovailoa made his preseason debut Saturday night at Hard Rock Stadium. Tyreek Hill did not. And so it will be at least one more week or maybe three (when the Miami Dolphins open the regular season Sept. 11 against New England) before everyone gets a look at that combo in game action.
