Trevor Grant named SAC Scholar-Athlete for second straight season

Rock Hill, S.C.—-Wingate University wide receiver Trevor Grant has hauled in a huge honor for the second straight year, being named the 2023 South Atlantic Conference Football Scholar-Athlete. The SAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year award is presented annually to one student-athlete in each of the Conference's championship sports and is voted on by the SAC's Faculty Athletic Representatives Committee. The winners are selected based on their achievements in academics, athletics, service and leadership. Grant also collect the major accolade in the 2022 season.
