Top-15 Kohawk Athletic Moments from 2022 – Moment #1 – Volleyball Wins A-R-C Regular Season Championship & Postseason Title

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – 2022 was a momentous year for Coe Athletics and its Kohawk student-athletes. Throughout the department programs reached new heights, setting team and individual records all while achieving excellence in and away from competition. As we turn our attention to the new opportunities ahead of us in 2023, we want to look back upon some of our favorite moments from 2022. 
 
TOP-15 MOMENTS
1) Volleyball wins A-R-C Regular Season Championship & Postseason Title – The Coe College volleyball team had one of the best seasons in program history in 2022, winning both the A-R-C regular season and postseason trophy. The Kohawks won 27 games during the year and were a perfect 10-0 in American Rivers Conference matches. Coe defeated four ranked teams during the season and finished the year 25th in the AVCA DIII Coaches Poll. The season was capped off with three all-American honors as Maddy Maahs, Grace Lueken and Madi Parson were named honorable mention all-Americans by the AVCA.
