#ThrowbackThursday: Jerry Allen Hit the Ground Running at MSUM

#ThrowbackThursday features MSUM football. Running back Jerry Allen (7, pictured above) had two outstanding seasons for MSUM in 1981 and 1982 on his way to the school's Hall of Fame.  Hehad a big day in the 1981 Dragon football win over Kearney State (12-7). He rushed for 211 yards in that game on his way to 1,252 yards, which at the time was the second-highest total in school history.  Allen was All-NIC in 1982 and later went to sign a contract with the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs. He was inducted into the MSUM Sports Hall of Fame in 2016.
