Three Vikings named 2021-22 Merle Chapman Leadership Award winners

NAPERVILLE, Ill. — Kate Hettiger, Janna George, and Jacob Brooks have been named the 2021-22 Merle Chapman Leadership award winners, the conference announced Wednesday afternoon. Each CCIW institution selects one men's and one women's student-athlete from their Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) who participates in a CCIW-sponsored sport. For Augustana, Hettiger and George were both named on the women's side due to a tie.
