Temple to Phase in Fans in Stands for Home Football Games
PHILADELPHIA – With the city of Philadelphia's announcement today (Oct. 13) permitting a limited number of fans at outdoor sporting events, Temple University will begin a phased approach to sell tickets to Owls football games.
