South Alabama heads to New Orleans for 2023 Sun Belt Media Day

With the start of the 2023 football season a little over a month away, South Alabama will head to this year's Sun Belt Conference Media Day on Tuesday. The two-day event will once again be held at the Sheraton New Orleans with the West Division taking center stage on day one, followed by the West Division on Wednesday.
