Smiley’s Muleriders fourth in GAC Preseason Coaches Poll

RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Great American Conference announced the league's preseason football coaches poll for the upcoming 2023 season on Tuesday and amid a heavy Natural State presence at the top of the rankings is second-year head coach Brad Smiley's Muleriders. Southern Arkansas was tabbed fourth overall behind three Arkansas programs after receiving 82 total points to edge week one opponent Southeastern Oklahoma State by a single point.
