Slow-moving thunderstorms expected to bring heavy rains, flash flooding to the Lehigh Valley

Forecasters predict an area of low pressure will approach Friday, and then slow down as it runs into resistance from high pressure to the east, yielding slow-moving thunderstorms with heavy rain and flash flooding into Saturday.
