Simmons Named AFCA Region 4 Coach of the Year
WACO, Texas – The American Football Coaches Association announced Wednesday that Harding University head coach Paul Simmons is the NCAA Division II Coach of the Year in Region 4, which includes the Great American Conference and the Lone Star Conference.
