'Shocking' Rumors Swirling About Bears Coach Alan Williams

By Andrew McCarty Nearly a week ago the Chicago Bears announced defensive coordinator Alan Williams would not coach against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for personal reasons. A week later, head coach Matt Eberflus declined to say if Williams would be making a return to the team. Speaking with reporters on Wednesday, Eberflus said, “I don’t have any update right now."
