Shepherd Receives National Honors from College Football Performance

KENNESAW, Ga – For the second time this season, Kennesaw State quarterback Xavier Shepherd has been named an Honorable Mention for FCS National Performer of the Week. Shepherd led the No. 10 Owls to a last-second victory over Gardner-Webb, throwing a touchdown with only 11 seconds remaining. Kennesaw State has now won nine straight games inside Fifth Third Bank Stadium and 26 of its last 34 Big South contests.
