Shelley Named Valley Offensive Player of the Year

Missouri State quarterback Jason Shelley (Frisco, Texas) was announced Wednesday (Nov. 24) as the Missouri Valley Football Conference Offensive Player of the Year as well as the league's Newcomer of the Year.
