Senior Wide Receiver Mychal Cooper Named Captain of the Captains at the Naval Academy

ANNAPOLIS, Md.-Senior wide receiver Mychal Cooper has been named Captain of the Captains by the varsity team captains of Navy's 33 varsity sports programs. He is the second Navy football player to be voted as the Captain of the Captains as Ford Higgins was selected in 2019.
