Redd Douglas named PSAC Eastern Division Football Special Teams Athlete of the Week

Shippensburg University sophomore wide receiver Redd Douglas was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Football Special Teams Athlete of the Week for the second straight week on Monday afternoon by the league office after a record-breaking performance on Saturday.
