Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) to play vs. Cardinals

Kupp sprained the ankle in the first half of last weekend’s win against Seattle, missing the rest of the game with the injury, and it wasn’t until he hit the field on Thursday that he was sure he would be able to play this Sunday.
