Rams RB Kyren Williams returns to practice from injured reserve
The Rams get their leading rusher (ankle) back for Sunday’s game against the Cardinals, and the team remains hopeful that wide receiver Cooper Kupp will be available after spraining his ankle against Seattle last weekend.
