Ramirez selected to wear No. 3 jersey for Texas Tech

Texas Tech head coach Joey McGuire announced Tuesday that senior linebacker Bryce Ramirez will move to the No. 3 jersey this season, which is designated for the Red Raider who best represents the standards of "The Brand."
