Rains Named CCIW's Top Special Teams Performer

North Central College kicker Tanner Rains has been named the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Special Teams Football Player of the Week for the week of Oct.16, receiving the honor after his first collegiate start.
