Quinshad Davis, Allen Smith Named Assistant Footballl Coaches

ATLANTA — Georgia State head coach Shawn Elliott announced the hiring of former Houston Texans assistant coach Allen Smith as defensive line coach and former USF quality control analyst Quinshad Davis as wide receivers coach.
