Purple Squad Claims 41-22 Victory in Annual Spring Game

Cullowhee, N.C. – Scoring on its first three offensive possessions and aided by a defensive touchdown, Western Carolina's Purple squad jumped out to a big first-half lead and held on to defeat the White squad 41-22 in WCU's annual Spring Game held Saturday at E.J. Whitmire Stadium / Bob Waters Field.
