Preseason Practice Under Way on the Hilltop

WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – Despite battling the elements throughout a hot and stormy week at West Family Stadium, West Liberty head coach Roger Waialae and his Hilltopper football team were happy to put the first few days of preseason drills in the rear view mirror.
