Powell Named Special Teams Coordinator

GREENVILLE, N.C. – Andre Powell, who has over 35 years of coaching experience, has been named East Carolina's special teams coordinator according to an announcement by head coach Mike Houston Monday. He will also work with the offensive staff in a variety of different ways.
