Player Personnel Additions Complete Final Round of Football Staff Changes

MUNCIE, Ind. – Veteran coach and recruiting specialist Will Cinelli has been named executive director of personnel and recruiting for the Ball State football program, and Demetrius Murray has been named as director of player personnel for defense, as announced by Cardinals' head coach Mike Neu.
