Photo Shows Refs Missed Blatant Penalty In Cowboys vs. Dolphins

By Andrew Holleran NFL referees are not allowed to call holding penalties when Micah Parsons is rushing the passer. That's what it feels like watching the Dallas Cowboys play, anyway. It's now been almost 40 quarters since a holding penalty was called on a Micah Parsons pass rush. This, apparently, is not holding: The Cowboys fell to the Dolphins, 22-20, on Sunday afternoon in Miami. Dallas is now 10-5 on the season, while Miami improved to 11-4.
