Phelps, Quinn Earn American Rivers Conference Athlete of the Week Honors

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Two Loras College student-athletes had their talented performances from this past weekend recognized by the league office as football's Brandon Phelps and women's swim and dive's Annie Quinn earned American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Athlete of the Week honors.
