Pennsylvanians, don’t bring your bong to New Jersey just yet, despite vote to legalize recreational marijuana

New Jersey voters Tuesday favored a ballot referendum calling for amending the state constitution to allow regulated legalized recreational marijuana use. Does this mean Pennsylvanians can now legally smoke recreational marijuana in New Jersey?
