PC Hits Trifecta with Three First-Teamers on All-PFL Ballot

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Presbyterian College football team has been represented threefold on the 2023 end-of-season All-Pioneer Football League list, announced on Tuesday afternoon by conference officials. For the first time in the university's three-year affiliation with the PFL, the Blue Hose landed three on the First Team group: Sophomore wide receiver Dominic Kibby, junior linebacker Alex Herriott, and senior tight end Worth Warner.

With two years of the Steve Englehart era now completed, Presbyterian can boast a three-win improvement over the previous campaign by reaching a 4-7 overall mark. PC downed Morehead State by a 31-27 difference in the season finale on November 18, the eighth time in 11 games that the final tally was decided by 10 points or less.

Ten other Blue Hose players were given an "Honorable Mention" ribbon from the Pioneer League as other contributors to the program's continued resurgence. Patch Bennett, Clint Caldwell, JT Hill, Malek Horlback, Mack Mikko, Bradley Russ-Martin, Brooks Russ-Martin, Carter Szydlowski, Anthony Thornton, and Tyler Wesley were those individuals, giving Presby six more all-conference reps than what was achieved 12 months ago.
