Papley named Defensive Coordinator

EDINBORO, Pa. – Edinboro first-year head football coach Jake Nulph today announced the appointment of Tony Papley as defensive coordinator. Papley becomes the second assistant to join Nulph's staff, along with offensive coordinator Rich DeMaio.
